Back & raring to go

Well we’ve been back in London for just over two weeks now after our epic trip to Thailand and we’re finally catching up with everything and settling back into ‘normal life’.

I have sooo much to say about this trip and it most definitely cannot be put into a single post! I can safely say it was a trip of a lifetime and I’m chewing at the bit to go back for more.  I’ve been mega busy and slack with the blog – but I’m back, and here’s a snippet of what you have to come in the next few weeks.

Firstly and most importantly, I am working on a blog post covering our time at Lanta Animal Welfare and to go with it the first ever competition on The Hardy Traveller! This place really holds a special place in my heart and deserves worldwide coverage and recognition. Can we do it? Stay tuned……I’ll be harassing you with this soon 🙂

You have a s**t load of information coming your way on Ko Lanta in general; the island itself, top things to get up to, the beaches, the people, the food, the animals  (aside from Animal Welfare!) the amazing huts we stayed in and all the boring but factual information you need to know. Blablabla. You name it, I’ll be talking about it! It’s such an amazing island and thousands of memories made.

Our cooking course with Kwan – Oh My Buddha!!! What an amazing day and absolutely delicious food. But did it taste the same when we made it at home? I think some more practice is in order!

Lovely Kwan

Mmm Som Tum

Bangkok – love it or hate it? I’m still undecided. I suppose it doesn’t have to be Marmite…

I’ll also be going to TBEX Europe 2015 in April/May in Lloret De Mar and staying on for a cheeky couple of days in Barcelona so I’m sure I’ll have a lot to talk about. There is also a lot of exciting things up the sleeve to  look forward to over the coming months, I’ll tell all when things are confirmed!

For now, take a look at my recent posts from Thailand and stay tuned for new posts over the next few weeks! Camping on Koh Rok, Kayaking in Ao Thalane, 4 islands & Sunset Barbecue  & Why did I freak out and make plans?

Thank you for reading, means the world 🙂
